Pretty good but too many charges
Great place, great staff, but be aware that you will pay base rent PLUS 150 in other charges PLUS a garage (if you want one). Only reason I am leaving is because of all the extra charges but other than that a great experience. I just wish I could opt out of that stuff.

Fantastic, convenient and beautiful.
We have lived here 6 months. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The pool, clubhouse and gym are great. The social gatherings make it easy to meet our neighbors.

Serinity in Colorado
Upland flats is a prime location to stay at, wonderful views of the mountains with arguably the best pool front view you could ask for. A quiet location with various options when it comes to food and grocery options!
