Great place to live

been living here about 2 years soon and this is the best apartment i've lived in a while. the neighbors and the staff here are all great, only downside is parking is very limited and depending on the time of day may not have space, also parking lot patrol isn't as it used to be, but still a good place to live.

Move made Easy with Devonshire

The Devonshire apartments, since day one had relevant information on hand, Were able to quickly and efficiently process my paperwork, And within two weeks over the Christmas holidays I was able to move into a beautiful one bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean and had no damages and had a welcome gift bag waiting for me when i walked through the door. After driving 16 hours it was excellent work that they did.

great move

the neighboord and neighbors are very nice, my apartment is very spacious; love it here. the only issue i have is not being told from day one that i could only have one car on the lot, but a great move so far

Love living here

The units are good sized. The grounds are well kept. The staff is AWESOME. Parking isn’t great but it really is the only downside. The neighbors are friendly. Very family friendly. Considering the rental market in town, I’m staying right here.
