My car has been vandalized twice in within six months. No one in charge knows anything nor are they concerned. I can rent a garage for an extra $110.00 a month. Their is supposed to be a drive around security team but neither time have they "noticed" my car being tapered with. The neighbors work on other people's car once the office closes so it gets pretty noisy. No use complaining because you get apologized to but no action taken. I guess being nice is more important than security, being nice is definitely EASIER than offering security. I definitely no longer feel safe walking here anymore. It takes longer to vandalize a car than to assault a person so if security can't spot a car getting vandalized then I won't be taking my chances for getting assaulted.

Rent is not affordable in this community any more it goes up every time you have to renewal for what your area has NOT changed. For this kind of Rent on apartment should be assigned at least one parking space
