Great location, poor/avg maintainence and management

Has a great location, right across from memorial park. Generally clean grounds and has nice ammenities. Does appear to be a standard corporate apartment system, i.e lots of landlord specials in quality of previous repairs, general jankiness of malaligned doors/cabinets etc, appliances break often, lease was 30+ pages and highly favoring landlords. Per management, maintenance staffing is inconsistent which results in delays to fixing or addressing issues that come up.
