This place used to be nice
This place used to be well maintained; Last year my maintenance requests to fix my balcony and the gutter above it went ignored and still have not been resolved. The building doors have been shattered for close to a year now; there is a homeless man who sleeps in the stairwell. My mailbox was broken into and went unfixed for 3 months straight. I can’t believe I am paying $1200 a month for a place in constant disrepair and a company in constant disregard of its residents. I will be moving as soon as I have the money to break lease.
