Great Place to Live!

The staff has been great. Especially Chris who has gone above and beyond. Maintenance is quick. The apartments are nice and the area is quiet. Neighbors are nice. It's a convenient location with plenty shopping nearby. And it's safe.

Support during Pandemic - fend for yourself

Initial move in was marred by an uncleanly apartment - particularly concerning during COVID. Staff responsiveness to maintenance requests is poor. Refrigerator has been malfunctioning since move in (April). Door was replaced so that it would close - using an old frig door. Frig over chills (even at low setting) & freezes produce - again during stay at home - posing health concerns for storing food needed during a Pandemic quarantine.

I've lived here twice

This location is walking distance from my office, it has all of the features that I seek and the price is reasonable for this area. My unit faces Peakview, so the car noise isn't great during the business morning and evening rush hour, but I have lived her twice because the size of the storage, tub, kitchen and other amenities, like attached garage, fireplace, HUGE closet...and close commute. It is a nice place and for the most part, they take very good care of the property. The staff could improve their communications with the community by better articulation in many of the frustrations that are a part of every apartment community. The level of frustration is obvious in many of the emails that are sent about the typical apt community issues like trash, pool, etc... Overall, I'm at 80% satisfied here, which is pretty high for any apartment life standard.
