Great place to live

The staff is professional as well as helpful because they are on top of any and all requests. They are friendly and offer community activities occasionally that help us get to know our nieghbors. The property is always clean. The maintenance staff is quick and freindly. The prkingbis yhe only part that is hard to find but having a garage is a plus. My small SUV fits easily but FYI our truck (F150) is harder to park in the garage. The location is close to 85 and not a far drive to Denver or other cities. Overall its a great place to live.

Solaire apartments has been somewhat alright, due to the fact they let any work truck/semi park in our parking lot without having a permit, they also charge a lot for parking when it used to never be like that, they raise rent every year by 100 or more, they let the sidealks freeze once snow has already touched and they dont pick up trash sometimes
