the community is wonderful as well as the dog park is clean and has lots of space for my dog as well as good security and extra parking

Living in this community has been wonderful. The maintenance is excellent, and the front office is always quick to respond. I'll be moving out this month, and I must say I will miss the peaceful environment and kind neighbors here. I hope to receive my full deposit upon moving out! I can confidently say that if you're looking for a place to live, Enova is the way to go.

I was very content and would definitely recommend this apartments to anyone looking for a great location and active lifestyle. Being further away traffic is mild and yet everything is within a 5 minutes drive and points of interest can be driven to in less than 30 minutes. Great amenities, great apartments, and I personally never had any issues with staff. They all have been professional and deserve recognition. Specially Gary, always attentive to needs of tenants. As well as the HVAC team, super fast!!!! If you made it this far, go start the application already because you found a good place.

We moved in to the Enova apartments at the beginning of May. We put in our first maintenance request May 27th to fix our ac and are still waiting for it to be fixed. I am constantly having to follow up with the front office because there is zero communication. The only “communication” we get is them asking us to rate our maintenance experience. Fast forward to Thursday June 22nd we get home from work and the ac is still broken. I reached out to the office the next morning on the 23rd and spoke to the gentleman in the office. I told him the story, he let me know he would figure out what was going on and give me a call back. I waited until 4:00 that afternoon and received no phone call so I called back and spoke to one of the women in the office. She put me on hold and then proceeded to tell me someone would for sure be out to my apartment to fix the ac on Monday June 26th. I asked her to make a note that I would like someone from the office or maintenance to call me right after the work is done so I know it’s complete. I let her know that I’ve had a really difficult time getting any communication from them. She apologized then let me know someone would reach out. It’s now the 26th and we still have no ac. When I called in at 4:30 to express my frustration, the gentleman at the apartment said “I’m sorry I don’t own the apartments, there is nothing else I can do and a manager will tell you the same thing.” I asked for a call back and again was given nothing. When I went into the apartment to speak with someone in person all he did was roll his eyes then leave to a back room. I still have not been provided with an answer as to when the ac should be fixed. I called into the office on May 27th and have left voicemails with no returned call. Once I got through to someone they let me know it would be fixed today and nothing. I tried to go into the leasing office at 5:30 but they decided to close early
