Great place. Rent is fair, management is friendly and they keep the outside clean.

Incompetent Management

Overall, the apartment complex is a nice place to rent a unit in; however, the property managers seem to not be qualified for their positions. They seem to know very little when it comes to leasing. There also seems to be very minimal communication between the property managers. The assistant property manager appears to do the majority of the work, meanwhile her manager seems to never know what is going on.
