What others love about this property:
can use improvement
Maintenance needs improvement and or new employees. current maintenance guy (older man) does not care to complete any work orders, he is lazy and incompetent. He avoids fixing things and or avoids replacing items that need replacement. The leasing staff is just as incompetent, they never seem to know whats going on or even on the same page. They are rude and lazy as well, they say they will create work orders for maintenance but actually dont. We get charged monthly a bug spray fee but they never actually spray or fumigate. When you do request for it, it never gets done mean while we get charged every month for this service. Over all most of the issues we come across are from the leasing office and or maintenance.
Excellent, affordable, peaceful
Woodside Village is great family place to live. Friendly staff, the place is well maintained. Great amenities. Very quiet place and safe to stay with . Great community and alot of funs stuff and free goodies give away every month. It's affordable with two nice swimming pools. Been here almost 5 yrs now
