Experience for the most part has been good, up until recently this past month new tenants, very rude and do not respect neighbors, above and around their apartment, Unit #62 to be exact, they need to go.

I have been a tenant for many years. It was a good experience at the start but over time and several staff turn over, it was becoming a disappointment. Office manager did not care of calling the tenant to inform before towing incident happened. It was a matter of wrong parking spot used and she knows the owner of the car. Also, making repairs via online takes days to be answered. The maintenance staff however are different story. They are courteous, dependable and trust worthy. Hope the office personnel can exert more effort to be considerate and friendly to the tenants.
