We love it here, only issue is the rent increase every year, especially when your on a fixed income.

We've lived here for a while now & couldn't be happier. We plan on staying here for as long as we can. Never had any problems with anyone or anything. Anything that needs to be fixed or looked at are done so quickly.

Family is very happy living here, but rent increase makes it harder to stay. We're doing all we can inorder to stay because the Promenade Apartments are by far the best place we've ever lived in and want to stay for as long as we can
