I've lived here since May 2020. I like how close I am to downtown and I enjoy Alma Park. It is noisier since the opened a miniature golf course next door. I like the apartment it's very up to date. I wish they hadn't raised my rent for a second time.

Good Living

I really appreciate the very helpful office staff, as well as, Michael, who maintains my apartment whenever there are problems with bathroom or kitchen items. And Julio keeps the grounds spic n' span clean. The gardeners are wonderful. The location is close to many restaurants and a great variety of grocery stores like Whole Foods, Safeway, and Trader Joe's.
