Wonderful place
Fantastic place to love, clean quiet and wonderful neighbours and a great team running the place.
Great location, great staff, sound insulation needs work
This complex is right in the middle of one of my favorite neighborhoods. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, cafés, and Abbot Kinney. Staff and residents are all friendly. The sound insulation between floors isn’t great, you can hear her activity from above and below.
First 30 Days
The reasons for my less than perfect ratings are explained below. To start, there are challenges with guest parking. The resident parking is very nice and seems to be almost secure (there is one major exception to this). Then if we talk about the amenities, there is a gym being added, but is still under construction. Besides this there really are no other building amenities. The maintenance and leasing staff experiences have both been 'ok' I believe this opinion is because there are multiple maintenance requests still open and I have had to send multiple reminders about those and to the leasing office for basic move-in things. In reference to the perceived value and consideration of other options in the price range, I don't think it's a stellar deal. With all things considered, I believe I'm paying an above average rate. But with that said, the location is Great. There are multiple places within walking distance, you can ride your bike around and people are generally friendly. The noise is generally 'ok' and it would not be a problem with the exception that the windows are not the best. Overall I really like the location, my unit was recently renovated although the crew that did the renovation was not highly skilled. I'm looking forward to spending time here and think that these overall minor things will be rectified and outweighed by the benefits.
