I moved in 2019 and love the building and my apartment. When I first moved in, my elderly stoke mom was living with me. The Amazing maintenance knew I was her primary care giver and when there was any issues, was kind enough to come quickly and take care of it. The building is lovely, has a beautiful resort feel to it. The neighbors are great and its a great place to call home.

Love living at Emerson Valley VIllage. Its a stunning building with great amenities.The maintenance crew and office staff are amazing. Everything is clean and safe. I moved in with my elderly mother because we were looking for a handicap easy, safe and clean building. Everyone was so kind to my situation and helped us out immensely. The apartment was just what we needed - Roomy, lots of light, elevators and easy access to everything. All my friends who visit say it's like living in a resort.

Initially only planned on living here for 1 year, and now we are approaching 7 years! The full amenities make the place all worth it, and it's always clean, and the neighbors are all great.

Emerson is one of the best places to live in the Valley. It is the perfect location close to LA and universal studios. The buikding is clean and its very nice. The neoghbors are very friendly and it feel like a community.

disappointed in a few things such as the office now being closed, no longer having a computer room with printers and sometimes maintenance does not have the correct parts for repairs.

I've lived here for five years with my family. I enjoy having the different amenities the building offers the most which include the club/pool room, gym, and pool. We have nice relationships with the neighbors who also live here and it is a great community. I always recommend this building to people I know who may be looking to move.
