Neighbors are great, my apt needs paint. The kitchen is paint is bubling in the cabinets and the fence has not being painted even when the sun ate the color off.

The neighborhood is wonderful, quiet, and safe. The neighbors are very friendly and kind. The maintenance is quick and easy. Overall, living here for 3+ years has been a great experience.
