Apartment complex review

We have lived in this apartment for 3 years and renewed our contract for a 4th year. This complex is in a great lo ation across from the park and has all the amenities you can need. Underground parking, washer dryer, dishwasher , microwave etc. If something breaks down, they will come look at things and replace or fix promptly for you. The staff communicates well with you on things that are going on like maintenance etc. Our only slight issue is that we face Magnolia and at times traffic can be a little noisey, but it is definitely an advantage with the park across the street because we usually have even some street parking available if needed during the day .

Across the street from family friendly park. Central AC and in unit washer/dryer for affordable rent price. Best value in the valley.
