I can live barking dogs. BUT. My gripe is that the top hinge of the front door of 104, next to me is loose. Therefore any time the door is opened and closed it hits at the bottom and makes a big thud. This has been going on for years. I told Joanne in 104 about it and she said she would put in a maintenance request. Never happened. Can you get somebody out here to fix the top hinge in 104. I'm tired of hearing the door opening and closing 100 times a day. Thanks.

Parking is great due to it being locked with a gate, expect when the gates are left open due to “technical difficulties.” Amenities could be better, there is no gym and only 3 washers & dryers for a total of 40-60 tenants. This could be updated and would benefit the renters. Maintenance is okay, however it would be ideal if requests were handled no later than a week of being submitted. Location is nice, however due to the work traffic we experience a bit of noise due to the windows being so thin and not being sealed correctly. We are adjacent to the apartments and often here the conversations across the way.
