Best decision ever

I was a little hesitant about renting this unit, becauE of how expensive the rent seems to be, but im so happy calling The Park my home. The main issue i have is with the noise and gnats. My unit faces the street and the windows are not vrry thick so even people talking can be heard.

Great amenities but pricey

I moved to this apartment in Santa Monica directly from another country and I wanted something safe and secure, and this was it. Noise is nonexistent (I never had my neighbors, just the noise of the streets sometimes if my windows are open), the staff are extremely helpful, and of course the amenities are great. Overall everything is well maintained, but I don't use the amenities as much as I had hoped (due to work) other than the gym, so I can't really justify the price. Also parking is valet (there's an extra cost to self-parking) which is fine but for about 2 weeks the ability to call your car in advance wasn't working, so you'd have to wait for your car downstairs. First world problems I know, but when I'm on call for work I can't be waiting up to 10 minutes for my car. Also the washer and dryer in each unit aren't the best quality (takes ages to dry), which is fine but you would hope that with such a high cost of rent everything would be top notch! Overall a gorgeous and convenient building with very friendly neighbors and staff.

High price but premium location

The location is perfect for those that want ot live on the Westside right near the beach & freeway, but there are A LOT of homeless in the area. Also for that price point the staff often cannot do anything out of their normal day-to-day.
