Great location - lack of upgrades

The location is great, but management does not put much into the property. Because of rent control management is just charging rent without providing any upgrades to the 90's style apartments. These units can be so much nicer if they got some care

Overall great

The management is ridiculous with respect to autopay option. I missed one payment in the last 20 years because the bank cleared the rent payment after crediting my transfer, and I was penalized for months paying extra fees and had no option to pay via ach or check. I can understand late charge but extending such charges for credit card payments is over the top. Get on with the times.
