Great location, needs TLC

Fantastic location but a lot of under utilized potential for potential renters to feel like they are getting more value for their dollar with surrounding properties and rates. Elevators, Laundry Machines, Security Systems, Garage door, garage layout, bike stalls, resident mailboxes, resident entry systems are all nearly 40 + years old and are showing age. New developments in the area go for nearly same price with ample more updates. Resident community patio and pool area is wasted with poor configuration that could easily be changed at low cost and drive much higher rent value.

This is my home! LOVE my neighborhood

I can't say enough about the location and the view from my apartment onto Bay Street. I love my neighborhood, my neighbors, the property manager Joseph is fantastic and the maintenance man is awesome too. The parking is super convenient, walkable to the beach and to everywhere.
