I really like it, the location is great, staff is great. jacuzzi and pool still not working, and the entrance smells very humid. otherwise I enjoy it a lot.

It's been alright. The neighbors are loud at odd times of night, and the manager never got back to me about my move-in inspection, but it's a comfortable and inoffensive place to live in general.

By the beach

Lived here for about one year. I would recommend living here as the proximity to the beach is unmatched. The apartments, staff, and amenities are very nice and all the other tenants are welcoming.
