Wiseman is great. I wish my unit had a washer dryer in unit bc others do but no complaints otherwise! Id love to see if we can install a w/d in my unit.

I have lived in this building for almost 15 years and was quite satisfied with maintenance and management until the building was sold to Weisman in the fall of 2022. We went from in residence management for the 33 units to a manager who lives off premises and handles multiple buildings. We went from a building that had public areas - hallways, elevator lobbies, mailroom and elevator cab, vacuumed and or mopped M-F every week. The courtyard was cleaned and so were the laundry rooms on every floor. The trash rooms on every floor were also were mopped daily, with the wastebaskets emptied and lightbulbs and batteries removed. The public spaces were clean. They aren't now and the building reflects the neglect.There have been workmen in the building for months making changes to vacated apartments. That's fine except that they do not clean up the common areas after themselves, view the 1 elevator in the building as their personal property at the expense of the tenants, pretty much damaged the elevator floor surface so that it needs to be replaced and leave the garage door open for long periods of time which has a definite effect on the security of the garage and the building. There have always been very lovely people who have lived in these apartments and still are. They are friendly, helpful and willing to step up if someone needs some assistance. In that regard, one of the best buildings I have ever lived in. It is a relatively quiet building, even with dogs and cats allowed. I view the keyed elevator in the garage as being a plus. If they would make a concerted effort to bring housekeeping up to a much higher level, which would entail having a crew more than 2x a week, if that much, it would be a major improvement.
