Cozy but a little outdated

Love this place! Super cozy. Great people live there! Management is not great (mediocre at best). They are asking a very high price for bathrooms and kitchens that have not been laminated. Also popcorn ceilings.

Worth it!

I love it here! Amazing location. Outdated kitchen and bathrooms (countertops and shower wise). Maintenance is very good with getting their things done. The BIGGEST issue is the lack of action taken on issues that are beyond maintenance's hands. Carpeted stairs are disgusting and stained and many have complained. Getting a new roof because of leaks in apartments. That is ignored... but what is taken care of is they hired a junk company to clean out our personal items that were "in the way" in the parking garage. I love this place but they are very strict about some things and then with more important things that may require more work on their part- they are slow to do!
