We are grateful for how well living here has turned out. These are fairly small one-bedroom apartments, cottage style, modern, with touches that show real pride from the owners. I cannot speak for the front bungalow, but very little traffic noise makes it back to our place. When we moved in, we needed good landlords. We have had the opposite. The property is managed very well, with positive outcomes, and minimal drama. The neighborhood is well above average. The first week we were here, about half a dozen people dropped by to welcome. To me, that is key, because Santa Monica has become a town where just one mile can change everything.

We lived in two properties with stays of 4 to 6 years. Both had nightmarish issues. When we were looking for a new home, we were looking at a variety of properties, but when I saw this, it was love at first sight. The neighbors are lovely. When do neighbors come over to introduce themselves? Our home is fresh and pretty. We live in the back and it is quiet at night. That would not be the same as the front. This property has been a no drama place since we got here. In particular, any problems are fixed promptly and with good manners.

Amazing place to live. I really enjoy the yard. I enjoy the property very much.
