I've lived in this unit for over 12 years now. I feel like it's one of LA's best kept secrets - incredible location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach, Sawtelle, bus lines, the Expo line, etc. I feel safe here. The unit is actually very BIG and my roommates and I over the years have loved how spacious it is. Maintenance has always been good to fix things right away. The staff have always been super nice. I've seen upgrade come throughout the years (windows, new stove, new toilets, paint job, new earthquake safety for the building). I'm very appreciative of all that. The unit is still a little old and a little run down (after 12 years it has to be) but I love it here. But overall great experience.

There was constant construction while I lived in this building and little to no communication about when it would start and finish. This was an incredibly frustrating living experience and I can tell you I would not have Arlene managing the property if I owned it. She is highly incompetent, disorganized, and gives conflicting and incorrect information when asked straight questions by her tenants.
