My housemates and I put in a work order to fix out broke ceiling fan light when we moved in in September, we placed numerous work orders for it to be fixed and never received any communication about the light being fixed. It wasn’t until the end of October that it was fixed after we reached out, again, about it.

I have loved living here. Its a great unit with a decent managment company.

I have lived here for 2 years. The location is what makes this apartment so great. The apartment itself is nice as well. The maintenance team is fast at fixing issues. The management is hard to get in contact with in person and they do raise rent every year that I have been here to the max that they are legally allowed to without any major upgrades to the amenities or facilities. Also be aware that they have shut down water or parking areas numerous times for the day in order to fix problems. They did communicate that the morning of, but this was always an inconvenience.

Lived here in #12 since the beginning of the year. I love the light in my apartment. I feel very safe living here. It's expensive, yet that's to be expected from downtown SB I guess. Management is very responsive and immediately fixed an issue when I had one.Everything around is pretty quiet except you do get some freeway noise from nearby. Love my little patio space. Recommend. Thank you.

We all work tremendously hard to afford to live here. And while I do understand that this is a business for the owners as well, for how much we pay in rent it's quite upsetting that I have to live with such a rusty and moldy bathtub and sink. I hate using my bathroom because of it. When I submitted a support ticket about it, the ticket was closed with no action taken.
