Arlington Village is Dreamy!
We have lived at Arlington Village for a year. We absolutely love Arlington Village. The management is a dream to work with to sign leases, move-in, and have made themselves available whenever needed. The location is a dream. The manager of the Arlington Theatre gives us free tickets to movies and events just because. The grounds are beautiful and everything is well maintained always. We have no noise issues, and have never experienced any issues with being close to State or living downtown. We would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of becoming our neighbors. Our current neighbors are all very nice, quiet, and friendly. The whole community is dreamy on all levels.
Arlington Village
We just moved in and love this location and building! Lauren was super nice and was very helpful during the application process for us old timers. We can think of anywhere else we would like to be!
Fabulous - to say the least
The Arlington Village luxury apartments function more like a cozy hotel than an apartment complex. The amenities go above and beyond - covered parking, secure mail area, gym featuring beautiful artwork, and a fabulous rooftop that is meticulously cared for by a cleaning crew weekly. The complex feels very private and safe, despite being feet away from bustling State Street.
