Great location, clean building

Pretty well maintained building, although there are definitely some paint issues that they don't seem in a hurry to address. However, the staff are all very friendly and the location is incredible.

This property is truly the perfect spot in downtown SB. The building is very new and everything is perfect. Consistently. Impressed with this property and the property manager, Bryan. The location is perfect for someone looking to live near State street.

A slice of heaven in SB.

Since Casa Anatega opened I keept an eye on the property, however, it was at full capacity when I first checked them out. I was fortunate to have found availability a few months later and moved in right away. I love our little community of neighbours and friends, I feel very safe and I am grateful to have so many securty features that the building offers. The premises are always spotless and we are very lucky to have an amazing manager who is incredibly kind and always helpful.

A Gem of Gems in a City of Jewels

It is peaceful, quiet, and right in the middle of Downtown, making it just a short walk, bike ride, or drive from pretty much everything I need. The property management folks have been nothing but respectful and friendly, and they take great care of the entire building, responding promptly to any questions or needs. It all adds up to quite the treat of a living experience, and exactly what I was hoping for when I began searching for a place to live.
