Easy to move into, quick response times from the office, has great amenities and they are constantly maintaining and keeping the complex clean.

I have to go into the office in person, and all I do is push paper; people who work in the office of an apartment complex should go into the office too, not just maintenance. Maintenance staff is great; but there is NO assistance from Essex Office Staff. They get the rent #'s wrong, they get the keys wrong, they don't answer my calls when I have questions, they don't want to assist in anything for the people who live here. When the alarms are blaring for the 1 day i work from home, I hide in my closet to escape the noise. I hate living here and if everything wasn't so expensive, I would have left yesterday.

After living here for one year, we have enjoyed the location - near shopping centers, good local restaurants and we walk to the Farmers Market on the weekends. Love that there's a park across from the complex, beautiful green space!

Surprisingly little storage for the square feet. Parking is an issue -- there is NO visitor parking except the street which is always overparked. I should have realized my unit faces a freeway and gets noise from loud cars and motorcycles. Staff is responsive to unit fixes but half the walkway lights are broken and many of the security gates don't shut themselves correctly.
