The Perfect Location

I've lived here at The Gateway for almost five years now, and I LOVE it! I'm thrilled and fortunate to say that my home is here. There isn't any other place in the San Francisco Bay Area where I would want to live. It truly is beautiful and safe here! The grounds are very well maintained. The units here are very spacious. It's very convenient, and with all the amenities and convenience, you get your hard-earned money's worth! Transportation, shopping, entertainment, and it's within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff here are amiable and helpful.

Not safe, I don't recommend

this place has security issues - my stuff got stolen from the laundry room. After a few days of chasing building management they did absolutely nothing. Each time I ran into any issues with the building / apartment they did nothing. Suspicious activity around the area, especially homeless and drug addicts around Safeway.
