Good Location, Good Staff, but constant noise and rebovation

Great location, but always under construction as units are renovated. The new units are nice and the staff is great, but the public cortidors, lobbies, and garage entries are really run down and due for a renovation.

Overall great value

Overall a great place to live. Pros: accessible to downtown and waterfront, terrific views, staff are all friendly and try their very best to get you what you want, lots of fresh renovated units to choose from; can't hear next door neighbors easily through the walls. Cons: no air conditioning and no air flow except for open windows; units can get hot; depending on which unit there can be a certain level of street or people related noise.

The Perfect Location

I've lived here at The Gateway for almost five years now, and I LOVE it! I'm thrilled and fortunate to say that my home is here. There isn't any other place in the San Francisco Bay Area where I would want to live. It truly is beautiful and safe here! The grounds are very well maintained. The units here are very spacious. It's very convenient, and with all the amenities and convenience, you get your hard-earned money's worth! Transportation, shopping, entertainment, and it's within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff here are amiable and helpful.
