This location is beautiful, theres lots to do in terms ogf going outside. The apartments are nice, with some lack of consistent upkeep on amenities.

Like everywhere, living in the Presidio has it's upsides and downsides, but mostly it is amazing: the nature can't be beat, it actually gets dark at night, and the community is supportive and warm. However, lately residents have been feeling the pinch of hefty rent hikes across all neighborhoods. Families who have been here for years can't afford to be any more. The message from the Presidio side is, "too bad. Pay more or get out."

Been great!. Thank you. Looking forward to another review. The cheap toilet lid covers that break if you sit on them, or the kitchen sink could also use a modern faucet for functionality.

I've been here 4 years and I think the Presidio would be much better with rail or bus service. It's very much stuck in the 80s and 90s.
