Sanitizer Wipes at Business Room Missing

I've moved in for more than a month. There're 3 issues mainly: 1. My apartment is facing the entrance of the parking lot, the noise from garbage collection can be heard clearly every night (I'm on the 5th floor). 2. The induction cooktop cannot get the temperature high enough for proper cooking. 3. Sanitizer wipes have been missing in the business room for two weeks. I called the front desk twice for the issue but it's ignored.

Nice building--impractical amenities. Doesnt feel like home

Apartments use mid-low quality everything from the carpet and the floors to the appliances...stuff breaks all the time (but they are quick to fix it). The gym here is probably one of the best in town and certainly the best I've ever seen in an apartment, but its in a basement. Good news is that it isnt highly utilized, so you can always find equipment and its open 24/7. The neighborhood is honestly pretty gross (smells like pee and doesnt feel safe at night), but it is extremely close to public transportation and could even walk through more dangerous neighborhoods to get to work in SOMA or Financial District). Staff is really good here, friendly, professional, and relatively efficient. The building works very well. The other amenities are rather pointless, like an outdoor pool; roof deck/wind tunnel and outdoor bbq space. These almost never get used because they are so impractical and it feels like a waste to pay for them. The common area lounge closes at 10pm, which is basically the time when you would most want to use it, to gather with friends or read something outside of your apartment. The common areas (halls/lobby etc) are not temperature controlled and there is no AC in apartments despite many hot days per year, and the sticker price of rent.
