Cozy home
I love the peace and quiet in the neighborhood. It is well maintained and fast repairs.
It use to be nice place to live...
This use to be very nice place to live but things changed for the worst in the last year or so. Here are the issues: 1) Price just keeps going up 2) Random people dumping thrush into our containers, managements makes residents pay for thrush that was dumped by total strangers and still refuses to install cameras. 3) Dog owners don't pickup after their dogs so our kids keep stepping into the dog sh*** on sidewalk and playground 4) Business owners park their corporate vehicles on the residential parking even though they have already perked two personal vehicles 5) Power consumption is uncontrollable and questionable. I have received $74.00 bill for the month when I was on the trip to Europe and Asia. My apt was unoccupied during that month and I still got huge bill. What...fridge alone uses $75.00 in electricity? Good place to spend couple months but if you plan to stay here for a long time... you are setting yourself for bankruptcy.
