Good Standard

I have actually rather enjoyed living at these apartments. The time we've been here has been spent really comfortably without any hassle. Regarding the scores provided, they were given for reasons below: Parking: 3 out of 5. Ive enjoyed the garage space provided, but I've applied for an additional parking spot almost a year ago and I am still on the waitlist. With how small visitor parking is, it makes it a hassle to accommodate anyone coming in. Staff/Maintenance: 3 out of 5 because of little to no interactions with them. Not for any reason, there just hasnt been a need too. Value: Its expensive but I think thats a California thing Amenities: Awesome. I enjoy the built in washer and dryer, along with A/C, and even the pool and gym area. I must admit though, Greenfield's Gym is a little better. Noise Level: Neighbors are great but the surrounding race cars in the area really tarnish it. Not your fault at all, but still there. Hope this helps!
