Pleasant place to live
I have lived here a few months now, location is great. Staff and Maintenance are top notch! It gets a bit loud on weekends but overall I would recommend living here
Nice place but
Building is starting to get run down.. needs new paint.. carpets in hallways are filthy- taking away valet trash service makes it so people drag leaky trash bags down hallway and leave a trail of stains.. carpet needs replacing now, vinyl flooring would be an upgrade- helps with smells. Gym equipment is always breaking down - some areas of planters have no plants and some are overgrown as you walk down the sidewalk. Elevators constantly breaking down. too many outsiders seem to be visiting and taking advantage of pool area. (loud music as well on weekends)
Great amenities but comes with many fees
As a resident I have enjoyed my time but have had a lot of trouble when I first moved in. Please be careful to have your reliant permit sticker as you are not informed even when you do pay for garage fees! I have been towed from my own apartment despite not being informed of an additional permit with our garage fees and had my car unexpectedly towed with a huge fine!!! Besides that amenities are great but pets are always peeing in the stairway to the garage! Going to my car is always an unpleasant experience. If they could finally clean the stairs to the garage, fix our broken entrance door into the apartments, as well as their elevator (the one that has been under maintenance for over a year!!) that would be lovely.
Mixed feelings
Amenities are great. Community is overall not respectful and are irresponsible dog owners. I have found dog poop/pee in the hallways/stairwells at least 5 times. Residents let dogs use the courtyard to relieve themselves rather than the dog part ten feet away. Parking is not assigned and is competitive. Complex does not enforce parking, so many spots are taken by non-residents. It looks nice at first, but I now see many things around the complex and my unit that are low-quality. I would be able to overlook a lot more if complex rules were enforced.
