Better than others

Pros: - Maintenance staff are quick at attentive - Office staff are friendly - The apartment size and complex is totally not worth the rental price, but it is lower than many other complexes in the area - washer and dryer in unit - safe complex - close to grocery shopping and food Cons: - over priced for the size of unit - the lay out of the units are very odd and outdated - the amenities are usually broken or not in good condition - parking is the number one issue. They do not enforce parking permits so there is hardly Ever any parking and most of the time you have to park outside the gate - lots of kids from other areas hop the pool fence and ruin the hot tub and pool - they recently decided to take out the charging units for the cars which is odd and unpractical because hybrid and electric cars are taking over. So if you need to charge your car, this complex will not accommodate that option anymore.

Good place to live

Its a good place to live, good location, services, Grocery stores and restaurants. Like any other apartment complex parking is a weak for them, always afraid about the tow truck to came and take your car even if you have the parking permit or if your registration is just expired.
