It's loud here, right on a busy stretch of Folsom and right by the light rail so they can't help that part. It is a nice location though, I love hopping on the light rail and going downtown for an event. Love the neighborhood too, it's very diverse and there are a lot of different restaurants and little markets and stuff. That stuff is great. What is not so great here is the maintenance. I think they only had one guy here for most of the maintenance until a couple months ago, now I have think there's two. It can take a while for them to fix something, I've put in a request multiple times and it usually won't be fixed until like the third or fourth time I ask. Not that bad, probably could be worse but it's a bit annoying at times and it feels like they should have more staff for that. The parking is a little bit tight, you get one spot per apartment so I have an assigned covered spot I just don't like to use it that much because it's far from my apartment. Usually try to park in an uncovered spot and those fill pretty quickly. The value and amenities are just average honestly. We have our own washer/dryer and that's nice but the unit is not worth what they are charging. We have the wood floor upgrade and it doesn't look that nice honestly. A lot of the painting was rushed too, you can see some panels with paint splotches or places where it's uneven. The electrical outlets are very shoddy, anything hing you plug into them falls out, it doesn't seem like they used the right ones. Overall everything seems very cheaply made with the intent of making it look a little nicer than it really is.
