My new home

I like my new home very much. It's quiet, a lot of mature trees, a lot of parking space for guests and feels very safe. The management is amazing and very helpful.

Love it when it's quiet

We love it here. The staff is very responsive. Parking is great for us because we only have 1 car. Those with multiple have to jockey for available parking. But it's far better than some of the other sister properties.

Review

I think the landscaping could use some rock for drainage. The common planters get soaked. This draws pests. Top soil, black bark or rock would alleviate the problem. Got locked out of gate but problem was quickly resolved with a phone call to the staff. Clicker had been deactivated due to maintenance. My neighbor upstairs can sometimes run her music a little too loud but some noise is to be expected in apartments. Not a huge deal. Hopefully a safe system can be worked out to use the gym soon.
