The Offset staff are all awesome! The staff are very attentive to the needs of the residents and do their very best to accommodate everyone. I had two minor maintenance issues, which were immediately resolved. The bi-monthly events coordinated by the Offset staff for the residents are fun and engaging. The property is very well maintained. The website pictures mirror the community today. Additionally, the location of the community is excellent as there’s shopping and restaurants nearby.

Love this location and the people. As a new Sacramenro resident Ive felt seen, safe and met amazing neighbors and been welcomed by staff! A great place to live, work, relax. The only thing that could improve the space is to allow residents in early AM for common spaces, work pods and coffee. 9 am is a little too late. Truly amazing people that make this place a home.
