I have lived at the Eleven Hundred apartments for nearly a year now and I honestly love it and appreciate the staff for working with me as I am fairly new to apartment living. Aside from some things that I hope to see fixed such as laundry room areas near my section of the building and possibly even the ability to pay on rent early, I have to say that I am generally very satisfied with the complex altogether. From the first day all the way up to right now, the staff from front office to maintenance has been completely professional, courteous and helpful with any of my inquiries, concerns and issues and that means a great deal to me. I would recommend this apartment complex on the strength of that alone as it goes a long way toward the experience of apartment living.

I have lived here since December 2023. I love where I live for the most part but there is a lot to be desired to help improve the experience as a resident here; preferably promptness when it comes to addressing rather substantial grievances with maintenance, etc. It would also be great if we as residents were able to make partial payments on rent throughout the entirety of the month; ending with all of it being paid by the due date. I have a single income and would appreciate being able to parce out my finances in this manner as it would help residents tremendously.
