If it stops being cheap it won't be worth it

Currently below average rent. If it were any more expensive I wouldn't consider it. Unilateral changes to rental agreements should be illegal.

Cheap, and not terrible

The price is fairly low and that's why I'm still here. Maintenance requests might get done in a couple days, or get lost for multiple weeks/months. I've had them mark something they didn't fix as fixed twice. The office once claimed I hadn't turned in a check I had paid, but it was a money order so I had no way to prove it. Now that they use online payments that shouldn't happen again, but I was still out the $1400
