So far so good been here since October 2025 so far I have no problems and it’s quiet

Every time I've reviewed the building for the past 3 years I said that the only reason I was living here was because it was cheap, it is no longer cheap. When I asked why I was getting the maximum raise on my rent, they said that they were just bringing me up to other apartments in the building, but ignored the fact that my apartment has not been remodeled. They've also had three different tenants who have had their car windows smashed in by pine cones falling from the pine trees in the parking lot, and they refused to pay for the damages.

My rent went up, but all repairs made to the property were to bring it up to code from the negligence of the previous ownership. I was told that my rent was raised to be closer to other units, but those have been remodeled, and mine has not.

Manager is super nice and helpful, parking is pretty good but the only downside is that some cars are parked in unreserved spots that look like they haven’t moved in months, so you *may* have to park farther (depending on where you live ofc). Apartment is super nice, had some problems when we first moved in but got them fixed pretty quick which was nice.

Its been ok so far, a few things to fix. Parking is an issue and its been very difficult to renew my lease

Currently below average rent. If it were any more expensive I wouldn't consider it. Unilateral changes to rental agreements should be illegal.
