Bait and Switch

I applied for a 6-mo lease to a supposidly "immediately available" apartment here back in mid April, it took them several weeks to even approve my application and allow me to view a "model", because the supposidly available apartment was not ready for viewing. It then took them 3.5 more weeks to get the supposidly available apartment ready for me to look at. But then they had informed me that I could not have a 6mo lease because that option was only for lease renewal, and that first time renters could only have an 11mo lease. However their electronic application process allowed me to apply for 6mo, and nowhere was this specified. B/C I am hoping to buy a home as soon as mine sells out of state I do not want an 11mo lease. They are now telling me that I can't get my application fee back, when it was specified that it was refundable, because we are "too far into the process"...

Well suiting

The location is great and close to basically everything. The staff is very helpful and easy to communixate with. Maintenance does a great job and is quick to fix whats needed.
