Good Apartment

Granite Point has a terrific team that works with you on anything you need before and during the move-in. The maintenance and office staff communicate very well on everything going on with your move-in and stay. The noise is minimal in the apartment but you can still hear people walking in the apartment above if they're stomping. Overall a good experience so far.

Office Staff Have no standard

Granite Point in general is really good property. Nice location - easy to access to school and shopping center. Office Staff always have turnover. Office staff are worse to communicate with - have no standard and hardly on site. Never return phone call. Will highly recommend even though is expensive but worth to stay in gated community with nice big space living room and master bedroom.

Granite Pointe Apartments

I moved in to Granite Pointe Apartments in August 2022 and I’ve enjoyed my stay so far! What I like most is the maintenance. They always complete my requests within the day which is awesome. The employees in the front office are always super nice and welcoming as well and have always been helpful in providing solutions to any issues I’ve had. I look forward to renewing my lease for the next year.
