used to be better
We notice a decline in esthetics yet rent regulariy goes up. More noise now, Tennants walking around outside talkng loudy on their phones. Needs a facelift for the rent costs. More difficult to have guests over fot dinner as there is very very little parking. That being said I feel is on the owners. As far as management they are great as is the mainenance staff.

Worth it
I absolutely LOVE my brand new apartment with stainlesssteel appliances. Everything is so new and I even have a keypad to open my door. It has smart home stuff to connect to my AC which i think is pretty cool

Needs work
I have seen this property degrade in beauty and aesthetics. Kitchen appliances need upgrading. The pool area needs to be upgraded.
