Overall satisfied

I don't own a car so I can't speak to the parking or the storage units. Staff and maintenance are great, always quickly responsive and courteous. Amenities are decent but it would be nice if there was a common area somewhere in the complex, even just a garden with picnic tables outdoors. Price is a bit high but you are definitely paying for an excellent location. As for noise, the walls are amazingly good, I've never heard a peep from next door, but the problem is the ceilings. If you are bothered by footsteps on your ceiling you will want an upstairs unit. I'm on the top floor and I feel like the noiseproofing of the rooftop HVAC units could be a lot better, they create a lot of vibration noise which can be irritating because the units that air condition the hallways seem to run 24/7.
