Great Customer Service

Great location and value for most similar apartment in this neighborhood. Quiet and grounds are well kept. Only issue I have is putting tenants with small children in the upper units and people who don't pickup after their pets or loud barking. Loud neighbors speaking on phone or arguing late at night, otherwise, office staff is professional and responsive.

Carly and the maintenance crew are great. We just moved here about a month now and the Ashford team has made our move easy and smooth. Carly is great and responds to all my questions quickly. Neighbors are friendly and the property is clean. We're liking Ashford so far!

Great place to live so far

We've only been here for a month now, and are loving it so far. We recently moved back to Sacramento after living in the North Bay for 4 years, and were in a tight timeframe to get back because of jobs and school. Ashford Park was the first place we looked at, and Carly in the office made such an amazing first impression. We looked at a few other apartments in the area, but still kept thinking about Ashford. After looking around a bit more, we settled on Ashford. The price was fantastic, the amenities were more than we were looking for, and the size of the apartment is so much bigger than our studio we were coming from. We love having a washer and dryer in unit, and it is really nice to have AC/Heating if needed. The whole complex is very well kept up, and we have had no issues with any of our neighbors. Even though this complex is quite close to the freeway and Sacramento Executive Airport, the noise has been minimal, and mostly comes off as white-noise. We had an issue with our dryer on moving in, it had some issues starting up. Maintenance came out quickly and troubleshooted it, and ordered us a new dryer. We had the new dryer installed, only to find out it had been damaged in transport, so they ordered us another brand new dryer. I have been impressed with the speed at which maintenance has responded to anything we needed. Highly recommend these apartments!
