Its nice that yall added pickleball courts. I would love to see a cleaner pool bathroom and dumbells at the gym

I have lived here almost 8 years. There are times i am much happier than others but there are times i am a nicer tenant than others too. When we were having all of the car break-ins i was mad but mad at the idiots who broke in my car not the management. I have seen many improvements such as improved lighting, cameras, and building improvements. Try to become part of the solutions and not the problems. Know that you won’t like all of the management…hi Frank, but be aware that we are not always likable either. Take care of your home, get to know your neighbors, be aware and report it if something is wrong. Pick up after your dog. When you have a problem try to report the issue instead of accusing. BE NICE! You too can be happy that you live at The Commons @American River!

After 10 years, it’s still a great place to live. a diverse, quiet, family oriented community and is close to amenities and the freeway I love walking down to the river every day for exercise. The neighbors and staff are friendly.

I've lived here for 8 months. I like the locations, is close to stores and restaurants. I like the neighberhood and the amenities. However, it would be better if you finish the gates and close around. Since the last months I've notice that during the night or early in the morning homeless people or outsiders get into the community. I think you should improve the safety considering how much we pay for rent.
