Love it

I have lived here for less than a year and it has been one of my favorite living experiences. The location is central yet quiet and if there is ever something that needs to get fixed-it is not broken for long. Everything feels clean and well kept.

927 gives you the best Sacramento has to offer

927 provides a little oasis in Sacramento. The building itself and the apartments are new and modern - floor to ceiling glass windows, which gives you so many opportunities to make it a cozy home. It is a short walk to just about anything in Sacramento, but unlike other parts of Midtown you still get that quiet neighborhood vibe. For runners, there is a park literally right next to it, and for coffee lovers like me, there is a coffee shop just downstairs. Honestly, I was so happy with 927 that it was hard to leave. If I did not have to relocate, I would have stayed here longer.
