What others love about this property:
Noisy, Needs Renovation, and Problematic Parking
Noisy: Given the poor quality of the windows, the light rail, crosswalks, event crowds, and 7 Eleven activity are unbearable. Renovation Needed: The flooring, countertops, cabinets, and fixtures are terribly outdated. Problematic Parking: The gates have not worked for more than a day or two since I moved-in nearly a year ago. I have arrived home late at night to find the parking space that I pay over $200 a month for has been occupied. The 3rd time is the only time that towing was available, previously I was told by management that we could not have a vehicle towed from our space. P.S. The 3rd floor atriums need landscaping and/or potted vegetation. They are barren and uninviting.
Dated but Swanky Lofts
An easy walk to DOCO, the Capitol Mall, Cesar Chavez Park, and K Street nightlife, the 800 J Lofts provide open loft floorplans that you are not likely to find elsewhere. If you like being up close to the sights, sounds, and excitement of downtown, the 800 J Lofts will be difficult to beat.
