great location and spacious, but that's about it so far

I've been here since June, and even though the location is great, the landlord treats you like a massive inconvenience when you try to get anything fixed. Hopefully this will get better with time, but I can only hope. I was also asked to sign an already filled-out MII form after I moved in, and it wasn't accurate. I will say that I enjoy how spacious the apartment is.

The front security gate needs to be fixed and the dryer on site needs to be replaced please. Thank you!??

Lousy maintenance

Won’t hear back from maintenance for a week and a half to two weeks (it’s been longer than that in the past), even if the issue is considered high on the list. If you contact the property manager he’ll just tell you to file the maintenance request on rent cafe and then nothing gets done about it.
